We offer combined shipping discount on all our live fish. 

You can purchase up to 4 Betta fish or up to 1kg of fish in same order from our store.

We post fish Mondays to Thursdays only. Delivery is Tuesday to Fridays. We do not post Live Fish orders out on weekends. 

Once you have ordered your fish please message us to book your delivery date . You must confirm delivery date within 24 hours of purchasing with. Message to seller. Notes will not be accepted as confirmation. 

Terms and Conditions 

Welfare of fish is a priority without confirmation we won’t send out your fish. 

We post using, 30hr heat packs and insulated poly boxes. To ensure live fish are protected against cold weather. If it gets below 4 degrees we won’t send out fish. 

DOA Rules Apply if your fish dies on arrival please contact us immediately with photos. We will investigate all cases on individual basis if we are satisfied with it photo and death is within 2 hours of delivery we will refund you. 

We are extremely accommodating if you need to delay shipping we can hold fish for up to 4 working days. If you need help or gave any questions please contact our aquatic specialist.
